• Each Hoodie is custom printed, cut and sewn just for you when you place your order – there may be small differences in the design on the seams and / or arms due to the custom nature of the production process.

Notes:

• Please allow 8-12 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks.
• Note: Due to manual measurement, there will be an error of 1-3cm. Please be understanding.
• Any modifications must be done within 12 hours after placing order. All orders will be produced after 12 hours so once exceed 12 hours, you CAN NOT cancel/change the order. Please understand for us.

• 1. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

  Generally, shipments are in transit for 10 – 15 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday).

  Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
